Seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Head of Talent Acquisition & Development and team members.  The hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with a willingness to work overtime as needed. 


  • Administrative Assistant responsibilities including heavy Outlook calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, organization of materials
  • Act as gatekeeper
  • Manage calendars including the direct responsibility to facilitate meetings with upper level executives and outside agencies
  • Complex interview coordination; scheduling, booking travel, facilitating
  • Manage incoming communications including phone logs, mail distribution and email management
  • Ability to anticipate calendar conflicts, and manage scheduling across separate offices
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Start to finish event coordination


  • Demonstrated success in an equivalent role in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 3 years in an administrative assistant role
  • Ability to use discretion and handle highly confidential information
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled at building successful relationships and identifying key contacts
  • Ability to identify and anticipate needs
  • Flexible Hours
  • Must be a team player
  • Experience in HR or Recruiting field preferred
