The primary purpose of this position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and configuration of the procurement technology platform


  • Configure and develop expertise in Related’s eProcurement platform through implementation and post-implementation
  • Ensure that all eProcurement system configuration (e.g., users, approvals, and filters) are set up in accordance with Related’s procurement policies
  • Support implementation and management of on-going operations for Related’s Procurement technology environment
  • Monitor and regularly report on usage of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value
  • Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the eProcurement platform and requisite data elements
  • Liaise with the business to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.)
  • Serve as liaison between Related and Procurement technology service providers
  • Assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly, and support necessary change management
  • Train P2P System Support Associate to serve as secondary administrator.  This would include tool configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support, and transactional support


Team Work / Leadership 


  • Executes with limited guidance and shows strong initiative.
  • Works with other departments to determine what resources/skills are needed (e.g., accounts payable, accounting, legal, sourcing, IT) and brings them in as necessary.
  • Proactively collaborates with teammates to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution delivery (e.g., change in scope).


  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Computer Science or Information Systems preferred)
  • 6-8 years experience in Procurement, Finance, or a related function working with Procure-to-Pay technologies.
  • Experience with leading eProcurement platforms, Coupa experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing technology and related processes including system maintenance and system support.
  • Proven track-record of maintaining system data, configuration and integrations for SaaS solutions with regular upgrades.
  • High degree of business acumen, technical, and analytical ability
  • PC Proficiency; MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
