The administrative assistant will be responsible for the overall front desk support including greeting and directing guests as well as answering and directing calls. This position is based in Santa Clara, California


  • Welcoming, greeting and directing guests both in person and on the telephone
  • Answering main line and directing calls
  • Notifying employees when their guests have arrived
  • Assisting in general conference room scheduling
  • Coordinates local messenger service for all office employees
  • Maintains mailroom and copy rooms organization on a daily basis
  • Sorts and distributes daily mail delivery
  • Orders general office supplies
  • Daily kitchen tasks
  • General office administrative projects per supervisors request


  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels and management.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and shift direction easily.
  • Team player, self-starter.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Undergraduate degree required
